But I'd pick invisibility.

'Cause then I can sneak into the Mets' locker room and watch David Wright take a shower.

8. the Greeks had a conundrum
about somebody who found a ring that could turn him invisible, and he used it for his own selfish gain. The consensus was 'who wouldn't?' The answer, many years later was, Bilbo Baggins, but my thinking was that it's hard to think of many socially useful things to do with invisibility and quite easy to think of many prurient uses.

get the Ted Nugent DVD.

Now, if you want the power of wishing, why not make it constructive, ala Bastian in "The Neverending Story"? And in Neverending Story II, the ending is brilliant. Instead of killing or defeating the evil princess, he makes a different wish.

25. then you could pop over here
and slap me upside the head, quicker than posting a reply.
I'm like Dr. McCoy though, all that disassembling and re-assembling of my molecules would be kinda scary. What if something goes wrong, and you teleport yourself into a marble column or underwater? What if you teleport into an empty space, but an empty space that is about to be filled by a fast-moving, heavy object.
I am just reminded of the book "The Bad Place". The villain can teleport and take people with him. Plus, if he is wounded before teleporting, like by a gunshot in one case, he can fix himself upon reassembling. That seems logical, but the teleporting x-man could not do that.

54. Forget invisibility, I'd want to be completely undetectable. No one could
see me, hear me, feel me, smell me. I wouldn't have to open and close doors. I could just slip in and out of rooms and onto airplanes, etc. Believe me, the first place I'd head is Washington D.C. and sort out the mess in the White House.

Then I'd take a little detour to Ewan McGregor's house. ;)

67. Bah, Hulk does not need it
because Hulk can jump for miles! What good is flying if you will just get your a$$ kicked if you land and try to do anything? If you lack the strength to carry anybody? Did the ability to fly ever do any good for Arthur Dent? Okay, it did save his life a couple times and maybe even got him some nookie.

Reminds me of a story.

A man was hang-gliding over an isolated rural area when he is spotted by a couple of hunters. One raises his gun - BLAM! BLAM!
The other one says "What the heck was that?"
The first replies "I have no idea, but I sure made it drop that man it was carrying."
