Steak tonight on a $20 grill.
Been wanting a little portable tailgate gas grill for travel.
Got one today.

That's all we buy any more.
You brought something up that strikes me funny.
The steak cost damn near as much as the grill.
It's a 10,000 btu, so I'm not expecting anything fantastic.
I like 'em crusty on the outside and pinky-red in the middle.
High heat and about 4-5 minutes on a side.
I'm guessing this will basically bake them.

5. It will probably be fine!
I had a mini grill (charcoal though) that cooked some fine steaks. You never know!
