When they hell did that happen?

It was on sale, so I figured I'd pick some up. I was amazed by the price...$1.88. Then I realized the carton said 1.75 quarts.
Slimy corporate SOBs.

1. It's the new corporate practice
They don't want to keep raising prices, which makes consumers unhappy, so they keep prices the same but decrease the size of the container. That's why a "pound" of coffee is now 12oz and a "1/2 gallon" of ice cream is 1.75 quarts.
