6. Your best bet is a liquid balm.

Blistex makes a good one, but it's not "all natural", if that's what you're looking for. IIRC, Kiss My Face makes a good liquid lip balm. The liquid ones are thicker and hold moisture better, and that's better for the dryness in winter.
