Were it not for technology and improved health care, these assholes would have never made it past childhood. I wonder why insurance covers injuries cause by deliberately stupid actions like these.

And, another question on a cultural level. Why are these always white guys that have the same stupid laugh? Sounds like the laugh W probably had as a youngster when he blew up frogs.
