Not really hearing the wrong lyric, I just didn't hear it the way it should be.

Instead of hearing "I don't care too much for money"
I heard "I don't care to much for money"

I wondered what kind of action "much" was..lol. How do you much for something? Hey, I was a little kid.. and my mind got broken once in a while.

Don Williams had a song called "Endless Sleep" about a woman who tries to commit suicide by flinging herself into the ocean.

When I was a little kid, I thought it said, "...come join me, baby, in my embassy."

I thought it was strange.

Umm....actually there was someone I knew, (named Eli), who thought this until I got him a copy of 3 DOG NIGHT with the song "Eli's Coming" on it AND showed him the real lyrics as posted in the official web-site. It is not "...hide your daughters" but instead it is "...hide your heart girl"
"Stud-legend-in-his-own-mind" that he is, he immediately hated the cd and now I own it.
