Anyone here know of a good tendon liniment for people? (not seeking med advice)

Friend has recently pulled wrist tendons, has been to doc and is receiving care, so please, no med advice.

Am just trying to remember about a good muscle liniment I had read about, but can't recall the name/brand. Seems it was something that can be bought most anywhere...

I've never used it but I know others who swear by it. You used to have to get it at Oriental Markets but it's so damn good you can buy anywhere now.
