Are you eating differently or a bit more? Could you work on your eating habits a bit and increase your activity level?

There's really no reason for surgery when you're young and healthy enough to change your body by less dramatic means.

I mean, unless you have been posting pix of someone other than you, you do not have an obesity problem in the first place (unlike, say, me). Liposuction is only going to take off 10 pounds, tops, and you will lose a lot of blood during the process. Plus, the body will readjust the remaining adipose tissue, so even if you get, oh lets say a tummy tuck, the fat tissue will redistribute back around the gut in about six months. Better to change how you eat and exercise more.

I am sure plastic surgeons cut at a body seam, and along the lines of cleavage anyway, so scarring would be minimal. But there would be some (and some people scar more than others of course).

What's a body seam? I'm looking, but don't see any seams, zippers, or snaps, just one belly button in the middle of it all. Plus the usual array of biological features.

Actually, what I mean is that there are places on the body (female ones specifically, since we are talking about a woman who wants lipo) where a surgeon can cut and the scar would be hidden. For instance, when breast implants are inserted, the flesh is opened along the curve under the breast (or around the areola, IIRC).

And kudos for working Peter Boyle in there! RIP, funny man.

No reason for someone to resort to surgery IMO, at any age, but certainly not someone young. Exercise will do it along with healthy eating habits. Two women in my office have had various surgeries for weight loss. Both are still very obese and both have continuing problems from the surgeries. Ugh.

Only because no matter how skinny I ever get, there is nothing that I can do to get rid of the baby pooch. Nothing that will get rid of the c-section scar and tissue. I could do 100,000 situps a night and that pooch isn't going away.

...the first things I'll buy are a tummy tuck & liposuction. I also have a baby pooch that absolutely NOTHING will get rid of, & I never had a C-section! Plus, I run 20 miles/week & STILL have cellulite (all the women in my family carry our weight in our thighs.)

I think you're fine the way you are but if you feel the need to lose some weight--

Exercise and diet. Do it the natural way.
Lipo is bad, esp. at your young age.

hit it at least 3x per week, ideally 5x per week - do 20-40 minutes of cardio at 65% of your max HR....

And by NYE you will lose a dress size
