4. Try to avoid frozen food meals

First of all they must be microwaved. Really bad thing.
Second, they contain lots of chemicals that are equally bad.
Third, as glorified fast food, they just don't sustain you.

The more use of the word "healthy", the more circumspect you should be.
Everyone I know who lives on or has lived on frozen food ended up sick or sickly looking.
