He got trapped in the basement when we "buttoned up" for "wintah".

I didn't like him at first, but he kind of grew on me. I go down there 5 to 6 times a day/eve to load the woodstove. I almost always see him around somewhere.

So we got to talking...turns out he's a green/dem... at least on social issues like gay marriage and the environment. Global warming really freaks him out. He misses home but is kind of glad he's stuck, "in a way" he says. "I can't ever go back. It's better if they think I'm dead" but he won't tell me why.

I told him about you guys and he thought it sounded cool; told me to say hi.

a peanut compared to him! Don't say anything though- (I think he's got that Napoleonic complex)... but he's a good guy.

I don't get what he's eating or drinking and for some reason he won't say. He's a man of mystery. LOL! There is a bucket down there from a leaky pipe so I guess that's his water. Food must be from the wood? :shrug:

6. I bought a REAL cheap digital camera

$10 at a local discount store. But I'm waiting for my daughter to come home from college to teach me how to program and use the thing. I figure I'll learn on a cheapy and get a good one after.

But in the meantime, no pics of my guy. I wish I knew how for my own sake because he seems to be changing color and I'd like to see if it just appears that way or he really is. And bizarrely, I want to know why. You guys must think I'm nuts though!!! :blush:
