I voted this afternoon.
:hi: The early voting polls were open from 10 AM to 3 PM today, so my husband and I took advantage of that and cast our votes. Just for the record, he and I both voted straight Dem tickets. :) The funny thing is, there were two offices that just had a single unopposed candidate, and both of those candidates were Repukes. Both hubby and I declined to vote in those races. Yeah, it's hell being an unopposed Repuke candidate that doesn't get all the votes...

1. Cool!
I voted (absentee) for the first time in my life on Thursday. :D I did the same thing as you regarding the candidates. :)

2. Republicans usually run un-opposed in our town elections.
I just write myself in.

7. I was considering writing myself in for Public Education Commissioner,
because nobody was running for the post. But then I thought that if I was only person who did that, then I'd win. :scared: :P
