I've wanted to say something to that one person for quite some time...today, I just couldn't take the crap anymore. But, somehow, a person "wins" when they get you upset....then I become even more angry...and watch out!

So, I thought back to a time when I was very, very relaxed...and there it was...whaay in the back of my mind...that old song. Of course, there have been many times, since then, I've been relaxed, but this just popped into my mind- out of apparently nowhere! Funny, the things we remember when we try.
