I am now certified to do Japanese negative ionic hair straightening.
I very happy to have this certification. The model's hair came out so good. This is such a fun service. It changes peoples lives. It turns an unruly, frizzy head of hair into such a silky smooth manageable head of hair.:bounce:

3. Until it grows out.
Most people who want to maintain it will do it once a year. You need to have at least 3" of regrowth for a retouch, so that's about 6 months.

4. Does it cost hundreds of dollars at your location?

5. I have unruly hair, not curly or frizzy...
but very thick, with slight waves. I want to grow it long, it's to the shoulders now, but it looks heavy, boring and flips up all over. I can not find anyone who can cut this type of hair and make it look good. They razor it, thin it, angle cut it, but the razor cutting makes it fuzzy looking. Using thinning shears gives bulk at the roots where I don't need it. Had a stylist who was great at cutting my hair, but she left the area. I want smooth manageable hair.

Great news on your certification. I can just imagine people's expressions when they see their hair shiny and smooth.
