I'm soooo anxious right now. *crosses fingers*
The NJ Supreme Court is expected to rule on gay marriage in half an hour. I know a few couples that desperately want to get married.

*crosses fingers*

9. The polls here show the residents support recognizing gay marriage.
Let's hope the judges listen to the polls.

12. Good for the people of New Jersey!
It still surprises me that we, as a society, have not progressed enough to simply let two people that love each other get married.

10. Good luck!
I went to a friend's wedding this summer in Cancun. One of the most lovliest, lovingist ceremonies I have ever seen. There was not a dry eye in the crowd.

18. YES!!!
Although this just mean that congress will push for a amendment, because those "radical judges." So instead of real issues they will waste time on that!!

19. And it will be a waste of time.
Corzine has stated he will not allow such an ammendment to pass.

20. They said NO
Big surprise.... but civil unions might be OK.

Take a leaf out of my book - nobody has the right to tell me what kind of family I can have. I was married to a woman (legally) for seven years. And (illegally) to a man for five. I raised two little girls with the help of two other men and two women.

I would like legal options. But if I don't have them, too bad. But I won't let any asshole tell me how to live my life - I'll do the best I can and hope for the best and find joy where I can.

Khash.
