Search engine question: I have two laptops at home. When I try
to search for certain sites, in particular my bank and my work e-mail (among others), they won't come up. It searches for many long minutes, then I get that error message page. Other sites come up fine, however. This just started on Saturday. Everything comes up fine on my work computer, so I know there's nothing wrong with the websites I'm looking for.

If it was just the one laptop, I would think that maybe something was wrong with that machine. But since it's both laptops, is is possible that there could be something wrong with Comcast and/or the cable modem or router? Comcast are my ISP, and we have wireless connections for both computers. I run IE and my daughter runs Something Else (starts with an M, not Mozilla) on hers. Thanks.

3. I only enjoy spaghetti when it is served with meatballs.
And freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Well, *that* was no help. Not only is my search engine still broke, but I am now dying for a plate of spaghetti. THANKS A LOT, RICHARDO!!! :grr:

j/k! :hi:

2. Check your firewall settings.
It might be set to not allow access to certain sites.

4. I was goofing around with that yesterday, and everything seemed
to be in order. Eh, who knows? It's worth another shot. Thanks!
