21. I buy 2 each week: $1 for Wednesday, $1 for Saturday.

I think it is something if I even get one number right. But $1 gets me into the dance for each drawing and statistically I have about as good a chance as anyone to win and until after the numbers are drawn I am potentially a winner. For me, it is worth it for just $1 each drawing to fantasize about winning. Cheap entertainment and I might actually win $10 a year. When I don't win a drawing I just look at it as an opportunity for the pot to grow for when I win next time. That's my motto, "Wait for next time".
