Now, I like Amy Goodman. I like her style of journalism. However, she appears on camera almost deliberately undermade. As if gloss and makeup do not befit a "true journalist." Or, perhaps, an intelligent journalist for that matter. I don't see Goodman as someone who demeans other people, however. I just see it as a visual preference for some liberals.
