Know whats a bad time to realize that you are once again out of beer?
When you sit down with a huge fucking plate of enchiladas. Mexican food + beer= good. Mexican food + ? = :shrug:

Couldn't I have run out of something less important, like toilet paper? :eyes:

I have some Spotted Cow and Naked Ale in the fridge. Too bad New Glarus does not distribute outside of WI. It is the best brewery out there.

that you can't acquire more beer, is a very, very bad time to realize that you are out of beer.

Thus spoke the super-guru. (I have no idea what this means...it came to me suddenly, and I realize it's from a Guns 'n Roses song).

Also, you can't buy a car here on Sunday. Still don't understand either one, but my friend with the liquor store loves the day off.

11. Four weeks ago on Sunday.....
I was in Holland, Michigan. Went into an Irish pub for lunch on Sunday. The damn county is dry on Sundays. An Irish pub goes dry on Sundays. How is such a thing possible???

I brought a six-pack of Pilsner Urquell home from the market today, but it will probably go untouched until tomorrow as I also brought back a fresh bottle of bourbon. Which I'm currently sampling.

Oh....and I'm making brownies.
