Man that drives me nuts!

1. In the office where I worked before my current job, the woman

across the hall from me (we had actual offices), whom I supervised, had a bad habit of eating chips with her mouth open and sounding like she was grinding gravel. :yoiks: I had the dubious honor of figuring out how to lessen the noise. I made it a rule that all of us should close our doors if we were eating, which really should have happened anyway. :P Since you can't do that, I feel for you... :hug:

2. You could have had an even more dubious honor.

There was a woman at the health food store who had a really, really, really bad gas problem. The owner at the time, made the vitamin manager have a talk with her about her gas, since she was her direct supervisor. Imagine having that talk. The solution was for her to go outside when she had to fart, so Pat would go outside to "check the weather" continuously.

She initially tried going into the stockroom to fart, and I had to tell her she was not allowed to go back into my territory, fart and leave. I would seriously be unable to enter the stockroom for about half an hour. :puke:

3. That's rather awful...

I would think that a health food store would be the ideal place to learn how to adjust your diet to alleviate some of those gassy issues...

Kinda rude of her to choose the stockroom over, say, the bathroom or outdoors...

4. Yes, except she was a nasty old woman, who simply had a job there.

She didn't know anything about anything healthy, nor did she want to. She mostly ate salmon with honey mustard slathered all over it and tons of bananas. We hated her for reasons beyond just the farting. She was pretty much a bad person overall. And she had major issues with me because I was a manager in my 20s. She felt that because she was old, she was above listening to me.
