I guess you've heard by now they have arrested Duane 'Dog the Bounty Hunter' Chapman.

Alright, let me get this straight:

Mexico, which hasn't done squat to curb the violence in New Loredo, and has had something like 200 unsolved murders in that one area alone (not to mention the dozens of disappearances), has a problem with a bounty hunter going after a rapist?

Can anybody explain this to me?
