Watercress Rollups
Now these sound like they would be worth making!

Do you have a watercress recipe?

Watercress Rollups.

1 B&W bag or eurowrap sleeve of watercress
3 oz.. Sour cream
6 oz.. Chopped walnuts
8 oz.. Soft cream cheese
Good seasons italian dressing
12 6” Soft tortilla shells

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese & sour cream, leave out to soften. Meanwhile coarsely chop watercress leaves and stems; set aside. Place walnuts on baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Combine cream cheese mixture, watercress, walnuts and italian dressing in a large bowl and mix well. Spread mixture generously on tortilla and roll up. Can be eaten whole or cut into 2” sections and served as an appetizer.

1. Oh. The watercress isn't the wrapper.
That makes it MUCH easier.:D

Soft tortilla shells -does that mean corn tortillas or small wheat ones?

2. I think I'd use
the Mission brand flour tortillas  Or, maybe the tortillas that are flavoured. They have a nice tomato basil that I like. I'll experiment.

7. You made me do it.
I bought tomato basil flavored tortillas today and made this recipe, but substituted arugula for the cress because Icouldn't find any decent looking stuff.

Thanks, aA! It was very tasty.

6. if you make it with a tortilla
it isn't a "rollup" or "wrap" it's a TACO (tortillas are a staple food item for me).
