The guilty party needs to fess up!!!
I get home from work:

My phone is knocked off the table and unplugged.
The phone & dsl lines are pulled out of the wall
My microwave is knocked across the kitchen counter
and the toaster is knocked on the floor.

Abbie, my newly aquired cat, isn't fessing up to doing it......

So who did???!!!!!

6. If you find out who did it, I want to know too...because.......
a lot of similar things are happening in our house as well.

Garbage cans knocked over, neatly stacked papers flying everywhere. And forget about the Christmas tree. We'll be lucky if that's in one piece come Monday.

And our newly acquired cat won't fess up either.

Hey, I wonder......??????????

11. I don't know that you want to insist on that confession.
The chances are excellent that you won't like what he brings you by way of apology.

12. I gotta admit though...some nights I come home and there's
mail on the floor, toys strewn about the house and toilet paper draped down the hallways...their food is all over the floor...it's like they throw a party when I leave.

22. The phone outlet is behind the microwave
I'm assuming the cat got tangled up in the phone cord and somehow managed to move the microwave some (and btw, the toaster sits on top of the microwave).

16. Some interrogation is in order.
Look Abbie in the eye and ask, "Did you do this!?" If she blinks, she's guilty. You might want to get paw prints in case anything like this happens again, unless you've already contaminated the scene of the crime. To be honest, Abbie is our best suspect at this point in time; well, maybe I should say our best "feline of interest".

18. I confess! It was your cat!
Did we forget to tell you that your cat would plot against you while you are gone??? Cats are EVIL like that! It in their nature!

It's NORMAL for a cat.

They only PRETEND to be adorable!

Mine still have ME fooled! They punish me for the slightest misgivings!

Psssst! Abbie did it.

19. Welcome to Cat World
Your dear Abbie could probably use a cat tree. They're a little pricey but worth it. You can get a good one on eBay, but if you don't like to assemble things be careful -- some come in pieces.

You are a good woman. I'm certain that in his little walnut brain and warm, purring heart, Abbie loves you & appreciates his new home.
