20. Sir! Yes Sir! Permission to speak freely, sir?
I think the cigars are messing with your taste buds, sir!

Next thing, you'll be drinking Retsina, the wine equivalent of Gin.

25. There you go! Just switch to Vodka
Nobody will notice the difference.

Plus, it's cheaper, so you'll have more bucks to spend on fine cigars...

;-)

28. I have vodka, thinking of a Vodkatini or Martivi or whatever you call
it next.

There's a bottle of Zyr calling my name. Can you hear it?

And at the moment I have WAY too many cigars in my possesion. Went on a buying binge and people have been sending me some really great ones too. I have been enjoying a number of them.

Здоровье!

If you made one with Tequila, I'd say:

Salud! Dinero! Y Amor!

Health! Wealth!, And Love! (in that order) ;-)

Enjoy the cigars; I wish I could join you!

Once you've been that drunk nothing surprises you. You have infinite patience for everyone and everything.

33. LoL, I'm looking at a hole in the wall behind my desk right now
made by my shoulder after one night of one too many. Fell out of my chair, cigarette in hand. Woke up on the floor, smoke still burning, alas, a tad shorter, a huge smile on my face, glancee up to my wall, noticed the aforementioned hole in the sheet rock, looked at my computer screen and the macro I was running to assist me in playing an online game was still running, then looked over to my wife in bed still sleeping soundly.

How she didn't wake up after I nearly ended up in the yard outside, I still can't figure out!

Anyone good at fixing walls? :D

37. I love these drinking threads.
It makes my former bartender heart go pitter-pat.

Martinis were my favorite to make. If you were busy, you had to get to know the person real quick because you had to make it their way. It's not like making a Long Island Iced Tea or a Gin and Tonic. Martini drinkers are specific and I always wanted to make theirs exactly the way they wanted them.

39. True Story
Company Holiday Party. One of the bars was dedicated to "martinis" so once partner and I had ditched the coats that was the first stop. There was an amazing variety of liquors and flavored vodkas but no gin in sight. I asked what kind of gin they had. The bartender replied that we were at the martini bar. We'd have to go to the main bar if we wanted gin. Civilization is fucking crumbling around us.
