1. Hog's Head, black eyed peas, chitterlins and greens
I wish, however that food can be murder on you. But believe it or not I usually have pigs feet as well (although I haven't been able to find a hog's head for a couple of years now).

but I really am not cooking this year, I'm going to stay with a friend who is Jewish (non-pork).

3. I do a Turkish meatball dish as appetizer
Well-seasoned and slatherd in toasted sesame seeds, with a yogurt-mint dip. I wish I could send you the recipe, but I can't find it now! Damn! Myabe I'll post it later. Everyone goes crazy for it.

8. Shrimp and champagne
Been a family tradition for over 20 years! The kids get ginger ale and we usually have some little sausages, cheeses and Chex mix; snack thru the evening while watching an old movie.
