I also write lame copycat threads.

i have been a member of DU for 5+ yrs and have less than 10,000. Some members accomplish that number in a week.

11. Why I should be there: 1) Once told Matcom's wife to shaaaaaadup

2) Make fun of fat people fairly regularly (or so I'm told)
3) When one poster asked for sympathy because his girlfriend had supposedly been robbed, I suggested that she hadn't been robbed at all, but had spent the money herself and was lying to him
4)Was involved at all in the Leopold stuff, and took bets that Rove would not be indicted, tyhen rubbed it in everyone's face that he hadn't, because I had been right, as per usual.
5) Consistently tell a certain earnest poster who insists on posting in all caps that he is wrong, for one, and probably stupid.
6) Pretty much responsible for the Olive Garden dust-up

The simple fact is that I should be pretty high up there in the DU Hall of Shame. Most posters here think I'm an asshole of first magnitude. The rest think I'm a troll (or so I'm told). Hell, I should be one of the first inducted members, and if you don't think so, then maybe you're the asshole...

other poster! It was hilarious! Got a couple of nominations for greatest page. I just kept replying to myself! Shameful, it was!

You know, the first time you go to democraticunderground.com - there are some talented writers and people here... more talent than you can shake a stick at.

To date I have never had a post of mine included on the front page. And I don't think I ever will. I guess it's all down to the fact that I am not a serious writer. (as they say This is Hugh!!!11!!! I'm Series!!)

So plug me in the Hall of Shame for never managing to get a post on the front page.
