1. Ohh! Get a messenger bag!
That's what I use for school; much easier access, and you don't have to heave it over your back.

2. I tried some messenger bags, but I think they'd be worse.
40 pounds of law books, 5 pounds of laptop, 5 more pounds of assorted other crap...I'd develop a permanent lean. :hurts:

3. try a purse -- it'll limit what you carry.
and if you really want to be disciplined -- a clutch or an evening bag will take it down to three or four items.

4. There are some people here with backpacks AND laptop bags.
And some people here with little more than a legal pad.

15. 2 of them work great as saddle bags on my scooter - though normally I
use two net bags.

6. Someone at my company has a briefcase on wheels...
Kinda weird looking, but it's less to carry.

8. I looked at rolling backpacks, but I think they'd be useless in the snow.
(Plus the ones I saw were either teeny-tiny, not good for laptops or cheap cheap cheap.

11. That was low.
"Stacie, can you identify the controlling legal issue in State v. Hughes."

"I can find the answer in my backpack! Everyone, say backpack! Say backpack!"
