What is Michael Jackson out on bail for??!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I know, who cares, but it's been driving me crazy. What did Jackson post bail for if he hasn't been charged with anything? CBS saying he'll be charged today?!?!?! Very confused.

I guess he had to post a $3M bond just because they accused him, then they spent a month trying to decide what to charge him with, and now they are charging him. More media distraction of course. With the Kean story and the 911 widow lawsuit being ignored, we have to have some weapon of mass distraction in play.
