I muct be recessive, too...partly, anyway. By which I mean that I can roll my tongue and wink with both eyes independently (learn something every day...I thought everyone could do that), but I'm only one-and-a-half-jointed, 'cos my range of motion is way more than usual but I think it's less than true doublejointedness.

I can raise my left eyebrow by itself, too -- came in handy for playground reinactments of The Six Million Dollar Man (Lee Majors was an ace eyebrow-archer, and just as well 'cos it showed his bionic eye was working) and, later, scaring people with my inner Jack Nicholsen-ness -- but I just confirmed, with a mirror, that for me to raise my right eyebrow (by itself) even a modicum requires immense effort and the closing of my left eye. I am, apparently, eyebrow-raising-impaired on my right side...

I'm right-eyebrow-impared too. Being recessive can be a lot of fun when freaking out other kids at school.

And I learned in biology class that my attached earlobes are recessive. All these other kids were walking around with big fleshy earlobes, and mine were/are actually small and attached. Who knew? Yeah, I learned some important lessons in that class...

It's got a hand-cast brass eagle head handle, the spike is about 16" long, and the stem of the cane is resin impregnated wood. The whole thing is gorgeous, heavy as hell, and it's fitted together so well that there is no rattle or shake when you walk with it.

It's a sweet weapon.
