I loved it when he prescribed the medical marijuana for Homer's eyes. "Homer, for your eyes the best tonic is chronic".

That episode has a great Homer moment when he announces that he could "walk right up to the President and blow smoke in his stupid monkey face and he couldn't do nothin' but groooove on it".

As you can see that's a fave ep of mine.
