scary thing is, I couldn't recite my last combo off the top of my head but I have the feeling that if you put me in front of that old locker my hands and fingers would spin it out correctly withing say 5 tries.

I base that on the fact that I could never conciously recite the nuber even when I was using it but I managed to get it open every morning.

(We never had actual lockers, just ones for PE).

If you asked me my combo, I couldn't say it. But I opened my locker faster than anyone else.

man, the loads my kids have carried the last few years! The younger set are pulling packs on wheels like luggage, but it apparently wasn't cool enough for the older kids - they were still lugging huge heave backpacks around.

we will eliminate backpacks as well. The school has purchased "classroom sets" and "home sets" of each textbook. The students have been instructed to purchase a large binder (Trapper-Keeper type) to keep their work in.

21. i havent had a lock on my locker since like 6th grade...

or decorated my locker for that matter. I just don't care anymore. Lockers are for storing books, nothing more really......

23. I do. First stick your ear close to the back of the lock.

Then, turn it all the way clockwise until you hear a faint click. Then turn it around once counterclockwise until you hear another click. Then turn it back around less than once clockwise until you hear the last click. Oh...you meant just the clockwise/counterclockwise thing, didn't you? You weren't asking how to open one without the combination, were you? Oops. I didn't do it.
