I noticed the crutch in the back seat. Maybe the guy has health issues and no health insurance, or is otherwise too poor in the Bush economy to afford getting his AC fixed, but does have a couple of spare parts, a knack for fixin' stuff and a lot of ingenuity.

I am impressed. I would never come up with that solution, nor could I implement it if I did get the idea. I would just drive around in the miserable heat. So I love seeing examples of that kind of spirit. Good on him!

I'm weird that way though. I almost always spend as much if not more time looking at what's going on in the background of a photo as I do looking at the subject in the photo. Why, I have no idea...
