Have you ever been obsessed with something or someone and then
suddenly realized you didn't care anymore? That just happened to me. It's kind of freaky.

2. I guess.
I feel like a stranger to myself.

Now I am just obsessed with all those "describe a _______ in one sentence..." threads started in your name, lol.

3. It's freedom! Your mind freed itself from whatever it was obsessed with!

4. you are right....
Shit, the title of this thread should have been "Name my next obsession".

I don't operate well in mundane mode.

But you are right, I know...I've just poured all my energy into this for the last 7 months. N

5. Just replace it with a healthy obsession, such as exercise, reading, or
playing a musical instrument, or something that produces a positive result

We're dying to know. And it's sometimes good to just let it out.

10. I would
but then I'd be too embarassed to ever post here again.

I'm working on a new one, though, with my ex-girlfriend. I keep telling myself it's okay because I only had to call the cops on her that one time.

I HAD been obsessing over the artist lady I liked and wondering why she didn't call. Today, I woke up with a headache from the bowels of hell and cramps and I've been feeling bad all night, for the second night in a row. I could care less about whether the artist lady will ever like me at this point. She probably never did and that would normally break my tiny lonely little heart, but right now, I could care less. She can have her art and hate Thomas Kincaid all she wants without me. I, personally, like his little scenic views of nice little English cottages. I am, however, disappointed bigtime at Robert Williams. He used to paint these horrid, depraved scenes and once painted Deborah Harry. I loved it, especially the Deborah Harry painting and Rat Fink. Now, he paints JC Penney's looking women on the beach. :wtf: is up with that crap? If I wanted to look at a JC Penney's model, I'd go get one of their stupid, overpriced catalogs. I wanna see more DH and Rat Fink type stuff. Phooey. Who cares anymore? I'm getting wasted tonight. One way or another. And if the artist lady never calls, then screw 'er. For once, I'll look at it as her loss. I usually blame myself. This is progress, I guess.
