3. I'm up for a deep tissue massage for the damn things
Last time I had a therapist work on my legs, they felt like lava - I'm still surprised I didn't jump off the table. She *did* mention my calves didn't get as tight as they are overnight. :P

9. I've heard that 400 IU of vitamin E/day works wonders for this.
I did several studies examining the efficacy of using vitE to lower lipid levels yrs ago. Some of our patients complained that they must have gotten the placebo because without their 'usual vitE' their RLS returned with a vengeance. Apparently, it works within minutes of taking it.
