Let Us Now Praise The Baked Potato
I love 'em. I have to put butter, sour cream, and lots of freshly ground black pepper on mine.

And how do you like them?

1. Plain.
If I am going to eat a baked potato, I prefer it to just taste like potato with maybe a little salt.

2. Yes.
A little pepper is okay. A little butter is okay, too, if you are on a whole foods diet. ;)

3. I'm pushing the salsa
It's low cal and delicious! And I am not affiliated with the salsa industry in any way. Try it and you will never go back to butter.

full of stuff that is good for you. It gets a bum rap in the "dieting" world but it's not the tater that is "bad" for you, it's how it's dressed.

I was watching Anthony Bourdain last night. This show was shot in Peru.

And his travel guide said that the potato originated in Peru.

The things you learn........
