It's a cleaning, but since I had radial nerve damage,
my dominant hand was paralyzed for 4 months. So, it's
not going to be easy. I wasn't able to take care of
my teeth as usual during that time - my left hand is
practically useless.

32. I had such fear of the dentist I let a tooth go and had to get a

root canal, learn my lesson. I have a very gentle, kind new Dentist, no more fear.

Might I suggest you use a herbal toothpaste. The kind I use, I never need much of a cleaning and my gums are very healthy.

I have to use sensadyne because my teeth are horribly sensitive to
hot, cold and spice. It works really well for me, but I might look
into the herbal product. Thank you for the hugs; it's helped a lot.
