16. What's an example
of a vinegar based sauce? (or do you mean an olive oil/vinegar marinade?)

Seriously, you don't know what you're missing...(though it's great with the above marinade)

Salmon steaks - MSS is all you need...:9

17. There's BBQ and there's grilling.
Montreal Steak Seasoning is for grilling. A spice rub or sauce is for BBQ. :)

19. Grilling is usually high heat and quick, BBQ is low heat and slow.
However, many Americans interchange the two, which leads to confusing furners. :)

24. I got all technical on my dad last weekend.
He got a tad snippy when I told he wasn't BBQ-ing, but grilling instead. Of course, when he realized I was messing with him, we laughed. :D

23. Hey, anything pronounced "say-tahn" has to be good
Seitan is not as good as tofu, but meat eaters may like it better. Some vegetarians I know won't eat it because it feels too much like meat. Kind of a flank steak feel, with a better texture than tofu. Tofu is a cheese, seitan's more of a meat-style food. It's a wheat gluten product. You see it a lot in Chinese vegetarian cooking.
