I couldn't even get to work today because of impassible roads. A huge tree came down at the White House too.

It's pouring out now again. Will I be able to go to work in Old Town Alexandria tomorrow? Who knows?

1. Don't count on it

I got drenched at the grocery store this morning. The sun was out whn I went, so I figured I wouldn't need an umbrella. I hear thunder again as I type this. We've been trying to cut back on a/c use; but it's so clammy that the clothes in my closet feel damp.
