Yuck! It's undrinkable. If I wanted bitter, I would have not ordered anything and just sat in a chair between Joan Rivers and Regis Philbin. Why is the coffee so bitter at Starbucks? And their chai is horrible, the worst of any brand (with Big Train brand being the best chai).

1. I HATE the taste of Starbucks - I think it tastes burnt
But my clients love it, so I drink more of it than I would like (in order not to seem like a crank)

2. It's bitter because it's made with the crushed souls and broken dreams...
of it's employees.

3. Ha ha! I though that might be it, from the look in their eyes as the gave
me the cup. Their mouth was saying, "A grande decaf for Bob?" but their eyes said, "and the bitter tears of a generation of baristas."
