But the dog has whining power, so he wins.

2. no sympathy here
I've been watching The Dog Whisperer on National Geographic network for months. Dogs need exercise. And walking with the pack leader (you) is the best method of socialization. They really do need it.

Or you could get a treadmill. That works, too.

4. It is was 87 degrees today at 4 p.m.
and my dogs wanted to go for a walk. Well, believe me, we were all hot when we got back. I have to walk them down a hill to large field. They will not do their business unless I take them to the field. Going down the hill is no big deal, but coming back up and the dogs were panting and I was sweating bullets. I am dreading the real summer heat.

5. Just came back from the woods again
At least its nice and cool in the morning and the mosquitoes here aren't really ripe yet.
I'm lucky to have water to bring him to- he is a long haired dog and takin him for a walk in the heat just kind of scares me at his age (13).
