12. Sometimes EVERYBODY knows they are completely batshit crazy.

There are more than a few out there that everybody knows are f**king nuts--and nobody does anything about them. THOSE folks scare me way more than the mildly dysfunctional ones that maybe are only crazy in certain settings or with certain people.

Partly crazy is tolerable. Completely batshit crazy all the freaking time scares hell out of me!

14. harmless crazy is a blast

I always see this guy on the bus, he has this squeaky, high pitched voice, and throws punches in the air etc. He is so amusing I even wrote him into an essay one time. :)
