recording people using the bathroom......Chuck Berry, also from the St Louis area, was accused of recording women going to the bathroom in his St Charles County restaurant in the early 1990s...This guy must have money because his lawyer is the lawyer for the rich and famous in St Louis, Scott Rosenblum.

Imperial Chiropractor Charged With Videotaping People In Clinic's Bathroom


(KSDK) - Jefferson County Sheriff's investigators were called to the Imperial Family Chiropractic Clinic May 17th by a female employee.

Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer says, "She went into a bathroom of the doctor's office, it's a common bathroom, and discovered what she believed either to be an audio or video recording device."

Detectives say a wireless pinhole camera was seized, along with video tape, and 30-year-old Dr. Charles Johnson was taken into custody. He later led detectives to his South St. Louis County home, with his neighbors watching.

"It's terrible, it is terrible," says a former patient who we're not identifying because his granddaughter worked at the office. He says his whole family feels violated.

"She came up here to work part-time after school and before she left, changed clothes in the bathroom where they found this camera. And when I say changed clothes, I mean literally changed clothes," says the Imperial resident.
