Energy Boosters
(this is not a request for medical advice)

I've been sick for the past week. Coughing, Sinus problems, congestion, just generally feeling lousy. I think I should be feeling better by now, but I'm just so damn tired. It's all I can do to drag myself out of bed. It's like my body is so worn down, I can't shake off whatever has got ahold of me. I'm taking a multi-vitamin and I picked up a gallon of Orange Juice to drink.

What do you do when you need to "kick it in gear?" any special vitamins or supplements?

1. Warp-9s
I'm sure they're bad for you, but they did come from the health food store. I got a few free bottles returned from customers. Apparently, not everyone has the absurd caffeine/upper tolerance I do.

Other than that, I don't know. I'm superhuman or something.

3. ginseng is supposed to be good
It's also helps with clear thinking and memory, too. I haven't seen any results from it myself, so I stick to caffeine. And Sudafed.
