Beer in Fridge check
A budwieser, some god-knows-what homebrew, and a Molson Canadian. I hate it when my friends bring their shit beer over and leave it in the fridge....hey and the fuckers drank my last two Kokanee.

They leave shit and drink the decent beer....thank god I'm moving. Guess I'll go with the Molson to celebrate. The homebrew may not be bad, but my buddy has just begun that whole trip.

WHo's got a good beer with em?

1. 2 Amstel Lights that someone brought and left in there
I can't stand the stuff.

It's the freezer where I have the goodies including a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka and Ketel One Vodka.

3. Sapporo
Don't drink it regularly, but sometimes the weird silver can shape makes me grab it.

I also have a can of Miller Lite in the back of my fridge, circa 2000. It was part of a housewarming party when I first moved in. In 2002 I granted it historical object status.

Is what I have to offer. My dad does the same thing. He brings his lousy Buds over and drinks my Canadians. Then he says, "Hey, that was good beer!" No shit dad. Bring some good stuff next time.

I just picked up a Sleeman's variety pack
Honey Brown, Cream Ale, couple others. It's sitting in the garage at the perfect temperature, about -5. Yum. Got some various Rickard's, Okanagan 1519, Kokanee Gold in the basement, also some English and Okanagan ciders. Even some Deschutes and Zima. Got lots to drink!

11. Yuengling Lager and Penn Pilsner
Lager is FINALLY available in Alabama, but I have to drive to Birmingham to get it. Hopefully it will move east soon. Penn Pilsner is a nice microbrew available in PA that's brewed to Reinheitsgebot standards. I don't allow the big brewers in my fridge.

13. No food...
but 18 cans of Budweiser, four Coronas, four Bacardi O's (buddy's girlfriend left them), three Kirins and the emergency reserve, a 40 of Mickey's.

I usually have better stuff but I'm pretty tapped out at the moment.

19. I don't know, but I'm drinking his beer!
Edited on Tue Dec-09-03 05:43 PM by Blue-Jay
Actually:

Pete Slosberg began brewing as a hobby back in 1979. Pete was really more interested in making wine at the time, but the five-year fermentation process discouraged him. Over the next several years Pete became more passionate about beer, and in 1986, Pete's Brewing Company was formed. His love of beer and taste for variety sparked a WICKED revival in brewing which has continued to flourish. Today, Pete's Brewing Company has grown into one of the nation's leading brewers with distribution in all 50 states!

EDIT! Also found this gem on the guestbook:

Definition of Sucks:
Something a vacume cleaner does... NO
Something your your girlfriend does on special occasions... NOPE
Going bald at an early age... TRY AGAIN
Having your dog runover while your wife is pulling out of your driveway in your car with your best friend trying to get dressed in the passenger seat... NOT EVEN CLOSE
Being stuck in Iraq for a year with no Wicked Ale... BINGO
