President Bush has done a really good thing!
He helped us to find out where India is on the map!

Se,, in 1990, in an episode of "The Golden Girls", liberal Dorothy Sbornak writes to President Bush saying there's a big problem with the educational system and how most of her students can't find India on the map.

Can't say that today!

So maybe the elder Bush really is the "education president". He just needed his son to do it for him. :P

1. Then how come I just read
that in some big study, something like 64 percent of American kids couldn't find India on a map of Asia?

it's pathetic!

6. They rarely teach Geography nowadays. I NEVER had a course
in geography. Not once in elementary, middle, or high school.

3. Because the kids of 1990 are adults now?

I knew where India was in 1990.

What bothers me is what keeps children from learning at their potential? Or, reading 64% of there, learning at all?
