The week from hell is officially over!!

It was 168 hours ago I found out my girlfriend was cheating on me with a double cat shit sandwich with horseradish (that is how I will forever refer to the douchebag).

One week later...I think I'm mostly better. According to the US Postal Service website, her purse was delivered to her today. I hope she opened it and found the note I left inside. I was not a jerk in the note, but it'll probably make her cry, and yes, I take vindictive pleasure in that. Sayonara, tramp!

...but please realize, and I'm not saying this to be mean, that after one week you're not even close to being over it. It's going to hurt for a long time, and it's going to suck, but most of us have gone through this, and over time it will fade into a dull ache that you can deal with before it finally goes away. I'm sorry if I'm raining on the parade here, but I'm more of the rip-the-bandaid-quick school.
