44 inches of snow! Whewwwwww
It's (semi) official... 44 inches here from the weekend storm.

The driveway's been plowed twice, schools are closed today, and it's absolutely beautiful. I'd forgotten how quiet the snow makes everything.

Oh, did I mention our furnace went out on Saturday? Good thing we have a woodstove and electric blankets.

1. Better You Than I
Besides, I was able to move around yesterday and got a chance to contribute at a MoveOut meeting yesterday evening.

2. As a teen-ager my mother and I went to Ore and to Crater Lake.
I always recall the Ranger saying they had 300 inches of snow and would get 6 feet more. We walked over the top of the houses. Now that is snow.I never had seen so much snow.

3. Try Mount Baker, Washington
Early June in 1999, they had around 19 feet of snow on the ground. Total snowfall for the season was 1,140 inches total.

4. You must be in the foothills, MaineDem.
I only got about 18 this weekend. Definitely beautiful out there though - did a bit of snowshoeing after the driveway was cleared out.
