Poll question: Best Ridley Scott Film

For me, it's a close match between Alien and Bladerunner. I give Alien a small edge. Both are visually stunning, well cast, with outstanding mood conjuring soundtracks.

1. Brade Runnah (directors cut)
One of the best movies ever, IMHO. Of course, it helps that it's based on a novel by Philip Dick, one of the greatest sci-fi authors of all time.

2. Director's cut beats the CRAP out of theater version. No annoying
voiceover or incongruous "happy" Hollywood, forced by the studio, ending.

3. God, to choose between Alien and Blade Runner.
Two excellent movies, each excellent in their own different ways.

5. Uh, the one, youknow, that had the two people and they went to...
that place and did those things. But, there were those other
people who didn't like it... and then it ended!

That one was GREAT! :)

7. Oh yeah... I guess my favorite would be the one which happened in a dark..
wet place in space which looked like a basement.

That one was good too.

9. This would explain why all the DVDs in my collection seem to be the same..
It's because they're all Merchant/Ivory!
