The logo in question shows a picture of myself in front of the Capitol Building. I have been asked if I actually stood in front of the building for the picture, and I am here to set the record straight.

No, I was not in front of the Capitol Building for that photo. My graphic design artist used a digital editor to place me there without my knowledge. The photo was then placed in my logo and placed on my webpage.

At no time was I involved in the misleading photo being used in my own campaign.

My graphic design artist has been placed on probation. He will continue to perform work for the campaign, but he will do it without pay. Any further incidents will result in a continued probation without pay.
