4. According to the TV news

Everyone better stock up on milk and bread IMMEDIATELY. If they don't, we are going to be snowed in for about 6 weeks, and we will die.

We got a few inches of slushy stuff overnight, and they are saying that more is on the way tomorrow. It could be rough tomorrow morning especially, but they are usually pretty good about getting main roads cleared in NoVA.

Not the best moving weather but then I've moved in snow before. Roads will probably be not bad as the temperatures are right around freezing and the roads will be treated today and tonight.

If you can postpone it a week it's supposed to be a better weekend next week.

BTW, I live in South Riding and work in Herndon right next to Reston.

So, snow is on the ground now and it raining lightly. This will freeze and we will get some freezing rain or just plain ice and then it will snow some more. This means (for me) that the snow I have to shovel will be hard like a frickin' rock.

We already have 6 to 8 inches in Loudon county but it is expected to be less than that in Fairfax overall I believe.

ok, seems like it anyways, and tomorrow is my housewarming (arlington, va)

It's not 'til 3, so I'm hoping the roads will be clear by then, but I bet alot of my guests bail on me.

But I'm just throwing a tea party for a couple of elder ladies who live in my building and want to play with my cats.
