62. Where I come from, the lakes

have nasty water moccasins also called Cotton mouth snakes. BTW, they're poisonous. Some years ago, I was slalom skiing(I had just learned how)and I passed within inches of one of these things while making a tight cut back to jump the wake. After I jumped the wake, I was terrified I'd wipe out and be in the water with this beast. Needless to say, I eased back until I was well away from the area.:scared:

Now, Beast Man and I where talking about this yesterday. We go to an older Y in a middle class neighborhood. It has no amenities and I swim laps in a pool with three lanes! Beast Man grew up near Swickley, PA (upper-class neighborhood) and it had a sauna, three pools, an indoor track...you get the picture. And I pay the same amount as other member's at nicer Y's.It's unjust!

On Edit..My car came to $300.00 and I remembered my dream....I dreamed I worked at my doctor's office and everyone was dressed in shrubs and I was in jeans and I felt wierd.

1. What did you dream last night?
Actually I remember for a change...I was in the gallery in the US Senate, listening to Russ Feingold talk about his censure motion. Rush Limpdick stood up a few rows behind me and called him a traitor. I told ol' Rushbo off and everyone else clapped, including all the Democratic senators. Rush mumbled something about 'clear the gallery' and left with a bunch of dittoheads. Weird, huh?

2. What are you most worried about?
The Iran war. On a more personal note, the fact that after 2+ years I'm STILL not gainfully employed.

3. What are you most looking forward to?
September 9th, the day my son gets married.

4. What's the hardest thing you have to do every day?
Get up and face another day of worry. Is today the day...my life implodes? Iran gets "Iraq'ed"?

1. I have no idea what I dreamed last night but my dream the night before last was so vivid, I'll talk about that instead. I was at some sort of swank cocktail party held at either a gallery or museum. We were all dressed up and drinking wine when suddenly my tooth falls out. I was mortified and no matter how beautiful my dress/hair/make-up looked, I thought of myself as white trash. I wouldn't talk to anyone for the rest of the evening. Then the show began. It was a live acrobatic act very reminiscent of Cirque de Soliel with people winding up and down on streams of fabric hung from the ceiling. The lights were brilliant in color...red, purple, orange...a real feast for the eyes. The music was tribal and very loud - which relieved me a bit since it was too loud for anyone to talk to me. On the left side of the room was a big screen with black and white images of a man's face (whom I didn't recognize) and you couldn't hear him, but he looked like he was singing.

2. What am I worried about? On a personal level, I can't think of anything at the moment but this contradicts the theme of teeth falling out in dreams from what I understand. It seems like I should be worried about something, right?

3. I'm looking forward to my vacation next month.

4. Since I'm not a morning person, the hardest thing I have to do everyday is get up to get my kindergartner ready for school that begins at 7:35 am. Although there are some days when forcing myself into the gym when I don't want to go is the hardest thing. Such a rough life, right? *rolling eyes at self*

5. I'm not big on jewelry. I only have my wedding ring on right now. I only wear my ring unless I'm dressing up.

1. What did you dream last night?
I dreamed about a conductor I played for many years ago. It was a very jumbled up dream about a rehearsal. The conductor was being nuttier and more autocratic than was typical. He was speaking to the orchestra in Hungarian, but of course, no one in the orchestra spoke Hungarian.

2. What are you most worried about?
Money. How am I going to send my kid to college. Will I have to work until the day I keel over dead at my desk.

3. What are you most looking forward to?
Seeing my son as an adult. He's a very interesting, bright, and talented kid. I can't wait to see what becomes of him.

Stay awake after lunch. No matter how little I eat, when 2PM comes around my forehead starts bouncing off my computer monitor.

My daughter was 2 weeks early. However we had problems getting pregnant this time around and had a miscarriage 4 months before becoming pregnant with this one. Sickness. My 4 year is sick and not over it (doc yesterday "just a virus" blah blah, but I know my kid.) I just crossed the line into pneumonialand (bronchitis with congestion in my lungs) myself. I have meds, but there's something important I want to go to Saturday with people counting on me and I don't want to miss it.

Ok, sickness and the fear the whole essence of that which is me and my life may prove to be too overwhelming for the man I love. I know him enough to know he's committed regardless, but I want to be more than a commitment or a drag. I want to be the woman he feel in love with.

In the near future, I'm going to a wedding on April 1st (not mine, but friends) and I'm going to start something with school I'm very much looking forward to.
